If you see someone you might like to love, just give us a call. A wonderful loving home is most important to us. We require a $350 deposit (holding fee) of the purchase price as a non-refundable deposit to hold one of our tiny Yorkie puppies. No puppy will be he held without a deposit (holding fee)in hand. All puppies are considered "available" until a deposit (holding fee) is received and our purchase agreement/contract is signed. Payment plans are available up till 10-12 weeks when your Yorkie puppy is ready to go to their forever home. Any money put down on a puppy in non refundable. *** I reserve the right to cancel the sale of any Yorkie puppy at any time up until the time of transfer of the puppy for any reason I feel is appropriate including but not limited to keeping any Yorkie (puppy) for our breeding practice. We take our responsibility to find the perfect home for each of our Yorkie puppies seriously and will work hard to ensure they are placed in wonderful forever homes. Once your puppy is placed on hold by securing it with a deposit. Once received we start to send photographs and other media so that buyers can begin to establish their relationship with the new puppy as soon as possible. We only approve families that have demonstrated to us that they are ready for a long term commitment. We take a very personal approach to assisting each buyer in choosing the perfect Yorkie. Because our approach is so very personal, We maintain a high level of contact with our new families; answering questions, phone calls, and emails. We feel this is important for us to get to know our new families so that we can prepare their Yorkie specifically for them.
