Pre-Litter Reservation Process

I take a pre-litter reservation hold fee of $500 to be added to my waitlist. This reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Clients are placed on the waitlist in the order of the date reservation fee are received (not the date you mail them). Puppies will be offered in the same chronological order as the pre-reservation hold fee was received according to the sex preferences chosen. Pre-litter reservations will be contacted first when babies are born giving the person pick of the litter. No puppy is considered SOLD until it has been claimed by a litter reservation fee and a signed purchase agreement. I believe a dog is a special member of the family and that buying a new puppy is a commitment that should not be taken lightly. When you bring a pet into your family, you and your family members are agreeing to the responsibility of caring for that dog for the rest of his/her life. Therefore your reservation fee is non-refundable. I require a purchase agreement to be signed by BOTH parties before a reservation fee is placed. I will only accept a reservation fee from a client once you have completed my purchase agreement and have personally corresponded with me by phone. Your reservation hold fee will go directly toward the total purchase price of your Yorkie puppy. When you make a reservation, you have already made your first payment on your new little one! Although they may not even be born yet, this reservation fee is my understanding that you are serious about giving a home to one of my puppies, and my promise that I will have a puppy for you!

Puppy Buying Policy

I keep my little teacup Yorkie puppies a minimum of 12 weeks of age. I don't go by age but also by size, maturity, the number of teeth, and, how well my puppies are eating when I feel they are big enough to leave me. I love my little Yorkies and I always put my puppy's best interests first! If You are interested in adding one of my tiny teacup Yorkie puppies to your home this is what I require my adoption puppy application to be filled out. Once approved I require a $500 reservation fee to hold any puppy. Adoption fees start at $5,500+ I do not have cheap puppies for sale my puppies truly speak for themselves in size and quality. I do offer a payment plan before my puppies leave my home. Payments can be made over 12 weeks. I believe wholeheartedly here at Priceless Yorkie Puppy that you do get what you pay for! I am proud of my quality Yorkies and I will not negotiate my prices with NO exceptions thanks for understanding. Sorry, I do not offer breeding rights on any of my puppies.

Pricing on Priceless Yorkie Puppies

2 lbs full grown = $7,500

3 lbs full grown = $6,500

4 lbs full grown = $5,500

I finalize the price of my puppies at 10-12 weeks depending on if you are picking them up locally or if I'm flying the puppy to you. This ensures the buyer gets the value of what you are paying for which is a tiny dog and I get the fair market value of what I'm selling. This also serves as a guarantee that I am truly selling teacup Yorkie puppies that are true in size or the price will be adjusted accordingly.

* I cannot guarantee adult Yorkie size or color. Size and color assessments are carefully based on our experience. I do provide you with detailed information about both the color and size of the dam and sire of your Yorkie puppy. I post weekly weight updates so you know every week how your puppy is growing and developing. I also encourage you to meet the dam & sire of the Yorkie puppy you plan to adopt.

Yorkie Puppy is not transferable to another puppy. Your puppy will need to be paid for in full at or before pick up. *Prices are subject to change at any time without a signed purchase agreement. All of my Yorkie puppies are born and raised in my home underfoot not in cages. my puppies receive daily socialization with people, cats, and children. All of my Yorkies are pampered but that pampering and snuggling are why you can be assured your new tiny teacup Yorkie puppy is not only healthy, beautiful, playful but affectionate too.

I pride myself on my beautiful & healthy well socialized pups, and my commitment to be there for my new families throughout the lives of their new puppies. All of my Yorkie puppies are hand-raised in my home. My Yorkie females only have between 1-3 puppies per litter so I can focus more on the quality of care vs. quantity here at our home. I believe I can give my Yorkie puppies as well as my clients a top-quality tiny Yorkie puppy this way. I can focus on a few puppies at a time and give them the best start in life! My Yorkie puppies are pampered and come to you spoiled and ready to receive your love. I always raise my Yorkie babies just as we would my children, most of my Yorkie puppies leave us with a good start on potty training which will include puppy pad training and weather-permitting outdoor training.

I do not work with any other breeders I've had many scammers try to use my photos and videos from Facebook, website, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google, and my YouTube channel to try and scam buyers.
