My teacup Yorkie puppy prices start at *$5,500-$7,500+ depending on size, gender, characteristics, and pedigree. The purchase amount will be based on birth weight, quality, characteristics, and other factors. Each Yorkie puppy is individually priced and priced accordingly based on careful consideration.

My teacup Yorkie puppies are priced based on the amount of intervention required for puppy survival. Any puppy born at 2 oz will be exceptionally small and require the most intervention with around-the-clock feedings every 2 hours and will be higher in price.

My puppies are handled daily, loved, and played with to ensure that they are well-socialized by the time they leave to go to their forever home. About my Yorkies

I have carefully chosen each of my adult Yorkie breeding dogs to ensure they are from quality, healthy lines with consistent beauty, small structure, and features. With Yorkies that have true baby doll faces, short cobby bodies, small ear sets, short muzzles, short legs, and short cobby legs. I prefer a Yorkie with a shorter, wider muzzle considered a babydoll face, short erect ears, and a button nose. I have spent many years perfecting my breeding program and ensuring my Yorkies are healthy, and good-tempered, with beautiful silky coats and proportioned faces. I hope to be a resource to all of my adoptive new Yorkie families, both before and after the puppy goes to its new home. I am glad to help you with any questions you might have. I strive to help adoptive families make an informed decision when purchasing their new Yorkie puppy whether it's from me or someone else. About Me

I am a small breeder of Yorkie puppies located in Michigan. I have been breeding Yorkies for 16 years and fell in love with the breed in 2006 when I purchased my first Yorkie. I have perfected my line of Yorkies throughout the years and am very picky when it comes to the standard of Yorkie features that I prefer. I do not breed any Yorkie dog that I wouldn't be proud to advertise. I breed for a small structure, small size, small features, and characteristics that I feel personally make for an exemplary Yorkie. I do not have traditional-sized Yorkie puppies my teacup Yorkie puppies traditionally average between 2 - 4 lbs full-grown. Most of my adult breeding Yorkies are from European lines and imported from Russia/Poland. Specifically picked for their superior qualities and extreme baby doll faces. My puppies are very small and may not be a good fit for all families especially a home with small children, people who work long hours, or who have large breed dogs.

How I Price My Puppies

My Yorkies are expensive to breed and expensive to care for and often require round-the-clock hands-on care with hand feedings every 2 hrs. My puppies range from 1-4 ounces at birth which requires a lot of time and dedication to ensure their survival so for those reasons and many more I am firm on my pricing. I put far too much work, commitment, time, love, and care into my babies. A puppy from any reputable breeder is priceless, and anyone who doesn't know the true value of what it takes to raise an extremely small toy breed and how much work a breeder does making sure each puppy thrives with 2-hour feedings 24-7 has not done their research to understand why my prices are what they are. Money means nothing when it comes to the time, effort, care, and love breeders give to their puppies. That should mean a lot to a potential buyer. I try to ensure my new families will take care of one of my puppies with the same standard of love and care the puppy was receiving in my home. All of my dogs and puppies were raised in my home never in a kennel or cages.

Pre-Litter Reservation

Taking pre-litter reservations to be added to my waitlist

I am taking pre-litter reservations of $500 to be added to my waitlist. This reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Clients are placed on my waitlist in the order of the date the reservation fee is received (not the date you mail them). Puppies will be offered in the same chronological order as the reservation fee was received according to the sex preferences chosen. Pre-litter reservation holders will be contacted first when babies are born giving the person pick of the litter. No puppy is considered SOLD until it has been claimed by a pre-litter reservation fee or someone puts a reservation fee after a puppy is born. I believe a dog is a special member of the family and that buying a new puppy is a commitment that should not be taken lightly. When you bring a pet into your family, you and your family members are agreeing to the responsibility of caring for that dog for the rest of his/her life. Therefore your reservation fee is non-refundable. I require a purchase agreement to be signed by BOTH parties before a reservation is placed. I will only accept a reservation fee from a client once you have completed my purchase agreement and have personally corresponded with me by phone. Your reservation fee will go directly toward the total purchase price of your Yorkie puppy. When you make a reservation, you have already made your first payment on your new little one! Although they may not even be born yet, this reservation is my understanding that you are serious about giving a home to one of my puppies, and my promise that I will have a puppy for you!

My Yorkie puppies reserve quickly and rarely if ever get advertised on my website because my puppies pre-reserve prior to birth. I only add customers to my waitlist after speaking with me first. I like to make a very personal connection with my prospective new families.

*All of my Yorkie puppies are hand-raised in my home. My Yorkie females only have between 1-3 puppies per litter so I can focus more on the quality of care vs. quantity at my home. I believe I can give my Yorkie puppies as well as my clients a top-quality tiny Yorkie puppy this way with a very personalized, memorable experience. I can focus on a few puppies at a time and give them the best start in life! My Yorkie puppies are pampered and come to you pre-spoiled and ready to receive your love. I always raise my Yorkie babies just as we would my own children, most of my Yorkie puppies leave us with a good start on potty training which will include puppy pad training and weather-permitting outdoor training.

I strive for healthy, small, yet structured "teacup" Yorkies from genetically small parents, not runts from large litters which can be unhealthy. I only average 1-3 puppies per litter so my prices do reflect the fact my litters are so small but it also ensures you are getting a healthy puppy from genetically small parents and your puppy won't end up being 10-15 lbs full grown.

Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel any sale if at any time it's not in the best interest of my puppy. Any money sent to Priceless Yorkie Puppy is not transferable to another puppy. Your puppy will need to be paid for in full at or before pick up.*Prices are subject to change at any time without a signed purchase agreement. If for any reason you have mispresented or not disclosed details of yourself and the home you are providing, including being a breeder, broker, working long hours, having small children in the home, or having large dogs you will be forfeiting your reservation hold fee. I do not place my puppies with breeders, homes with small children, or people who work extremely long hours. These are small fragile dogs and I put their best interest first always.

Puppy Buying Policy

I keep my little teacup Yorkie puppies a minimum of 12 weeks of age. I don't go by age but also by size, maturity, the number of teeth, and, how well my puppies are eating when I feel they are big enough to leave me. I love my little Yorkies and I always put my puppy's best interests first! If You are interested in adding one of my tiny teacup Yorkie puppies to your home this is what I require: First I require my adoption application to be filled out. Once approved I require a $500 reservation fee to hold any puppy. Adoption fees start at $5,500+ I do not have cheap puppies for sale my puppies truly speak for themselves.

*I cannot guarantee adult Yorkie size or color. Size and color assessments are carefully based on my experience. I do provide you with detailed information about both the color and size of the dam and sire of your Yorkie puppy. I also post weekly weight updates so you know every week how your puppy is growing and developing. I also encourage you to meet the dam and sire of the Yorkie puppy you plan to adopt. All of my Yorkie puppies are born and raised in my home underfoot not in cages. my puppies receive daily socialization with people, cats, and children.
